SHIFTING the relationship with myself,
CREATING SPACE for and INVITING
LOVE, JOY, CONNECTION,
CALM and GRATITUDE.
My INTENTION for life…
Breathe, feel the love, joy, and calm vibrate within each cell and give thanks to life’s moments and connections.
I guide and support individuals mid-life with building self-worth and creating space for self-love, working holistically exploring and nurturing their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
Who I am…
I believe who we are is constantly changing. We are always growing, a being of light, a soul exploring a human body experiencing life’s opportunities on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. I believe I am a teacher and student in life, teaching and learning in each moment.
I am a daughter, grand-daughter, sister, niece, friend, fiancé, teacher and student of life.
What do I do in life…
I work holistically with people, guiding them through an exploration of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies to help them develop self-worth and create space for inviting self-love and joy into their lives. My wide range of training in various modalities allows me to offer an integrated approach, to support individuals in feeling worthy, peaceful, joyful, loved, and balanced. Ultimately, I am a Wellbeing Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Through my coaching programs and yoga lessons, I incorporate mental and emotional health practices, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the exploration of chakras and energy systems that connect to the all levels in the body. I guide and support individuals on their journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling life, helping them to feel truly worthy and loved.
I empower individuals to overcome challenges, embrace their true selves, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking for family and friends, exploring different food places and markets, and playing card games or table games, which fill me with joy. Practicing yoga, dancing, playing squash, and engaging in CrossFit both energize and relax me. Walking and playing in nature nourish my heart and soul, while writing poems and coloring bring me peace and happiness. Journaling helps to clear my mind and sparks insight and reflection.
Why my work is important to me?
This work is important because my journey may resonate with yours. I understand the feelings of being stuck, confused, and lost, not knowing who you are or why you are here, questioning your purpose. I've felt the depths of depression and anxiety, not knowing how to escape the darkness or seeing any light at the end of the tunnel. I've grappled with overwhelming anger in silence and the emotional overload that makes you unsure of what to do with yourself. I've faced the self-imposed hardness that creates inner pain, making you feel like you might explode if you're not perfect. The need to control everything out of fear that if you don't, everything will fall apart, and the fear of the unknown, believing something bad will happen if you let go, is all too real. These feelings can lead to thoughts of unworthiness, undeserving and not feeling good enough to do or be anything, constantly comparing. I've experienced finding calm within chaos, taking small steps forward, and understanding how challenging it can be to practice self-care and love in a busy life.
My journey so far has given me essential lessons. Receiving these lessons has been challenging, yet they have provided me with the opportunity to share valuable insights and experiences with others. By navigating my own struggles and wins, I can offer guidance and support to those facing similar challenges, helping them find their own path to self-worth, peace, and fulfillment.
This work is vital because it helps individuals navigate these feelings, find clarity and peace, and ultimately reclaim their sense of worth and purpose.
Where do I work?
I work with clients via Google Meets from South Africa, Malawi, the United Kingdom, and other parts of the world. Additionally, you can subscribe to a library of yoga classes to practice from the comfort of your own home.
My Purpose
My purpose is to empower you to step into your journey exploring life’s experiences as opportunities. Each step you take, whether backward or forward, contributes to your growth. By creating space, inviting and embracing self-love, joy, connection and gratitude into your life, you embody greater self-worth, peace, softness, and calm.
My Journey so far…
I visualize my life as a river, with each experience serving as a tributary that shapes its course. As a child, my voice was but a whisper, lost in the currents of external expectations and the silent pain of childhood trauma and teenage bullying. These early years carved deep channels of depression, self-doubt, shame, anxiety, and self-harm, creating a turbulent flow that persisted into adulthood. I often felt like a vessel trapped in a whirlpool, overwhelmed by a victim mentality, feeling stuck and lost, not good enough and undeserving, and desperately wanting to run away from life.
At twenty, I experienced a profound awakening, a burst of flow that ignited my spiritual conscious living journey. There was peace, confidence and bliss, however, my twenties was a period that was soon met with stagnation, as a buildup of debris from the past—loss of home and childhood trauma—created painful blockages and hardness on self. I grappled with feelings of never being good enough, believing I didn’t deserve anything, and feeling as though I needed to be punished. This constant feeling of being lost and stuck, unsure of what I want in life or who I truly am, and the desire to escape to a quiet place, has been a recurring theme. Despite this, I have remained committed to practices that ground me: meditation, journaling, dancing, yoga, immersing myself in nature, and working with my chakra system and Reiki. It has felt like my life has been on a cycle of turbulent rapids and serene calm, repeating in an ongoing rhythm. I’ve often struggled with uncertainty, not knowing when I’ll find a steady flow and feel stable and content with who I am and where I am in life.
In my early thirties, the river began to change course. I made a decision to face my fears head-on, navigating through the rapids with newfound courage. I jumped out of a plane, went scuba diving, traveled through seven different countries in Africa, journeyed solo to Thailand, embraced veganism/vegetarianism, gave up nicotine and alcohol for a period, and explored the idea of starting my own business. As I moved into my late thirties, I launched my business, though it took a backseat to a deeper reflection on my relationship with myself. I learned to accept that being where I was, and focusing on personal growth, was not a waste but a vital part of my journey. My first step in the deeper reflection on my relationship with myself was learning to let go of early life trauma, anger, anxiety, grief, shame, sadness, and a feeling of not belonging anywhere. Through using my voice, movement, breath, gratitude, kindness, patience, journaling, meditation, and affirmation, I surrendered to the Universe and began to feel self-love, acceptance, and peace. Life started to flow more smoothly as I healed from emotionally abusive relationships with others and, more importantly, with myself. I found my voice and stability, reshaping the river’s flow into a stronger, more resilient me. By developing a healthier relationship with myself and others, I began to calm the turbulent waters of my nervous system and soothe the cells in my body and mind. My river now flows with a renewed sense of purpose and peace. Each bend and curve is a testament to resilience and growth, proving that even the most tumultuous waters can lead to a place of calm and strength. My ongoing journey reminds me that we all have the power to transform our rivers, who we are constantly changes just like a river, embracing the flow of life with grace and empowerment.
Now, my river is on a course that is honing in more to exploring safety, digestion and the feeling of wellness in my body, building self-worth, setting firm boundaries, exploring abundance, and continuing to love and accept myself. I am learning to shift the way I use my voice in different situations and fully embrace gratitude. Life has shifted into a phase of sacrifice, parallel to an oxbow of the river, where I work within my purpose but in an environment that feels extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite feeling stuck and anxious, with my nervous system out of sync and a desire to return to my river’s path, I recognize that the oxbow is part of the river’s journey. This period is proving invaluable as it provides the financial support needed to fully dedicate myself to my business and shape its future direction with an amazing Spiritual Business Coach. It’s also assisting me in starting my own family and deepening my self-understanding, all while working with an Integrated Counselor to continue letting go of past challenges. I am excited for the next part of my river’s path - marriage, a big move overseas, and rebranding and living my purpose helping you step into your journey of building your self worth and embodying love, joy and connection with gratitude.
I believe that by embracing love, joy, gratitude, and connection, and by recognizing our own worth and deservingness, we nurture a fulfilling and balanced life.
“I am open and receptive to all the good and abundance in the Universe.”

My Approach to…
Well-Being Coaching
My coaching approach is deeply rooted in a holistic understanding of the mind, body, and spirit. I guide clients through a transformative journey by setting clear, meaningful intentions that align with creating space and inviting self-love and joy into life, building self-worth and developing a connection with self and others.
My coaching blends gentle, intuitive methods, focusing on exploration and reflection with practical tools to nurture personal growth and well-being.
Yoga Teaching
I teach by setting a clear intention and moving in harmony with this intention, embracing softness and gentleness to listen to where my body needs to flow. Through mindful breathing, I guide the process of letting go and inviting in, nurturing and exploring the body from a cellular to a soul level, and connecting deeply with love, joy, and gratitude.
My practice blends Hatha with a gentle flow, Yin, and a fusion of both, creating a harmonious approach to yoga.
I guide and support…
men and women to step onto their journey towards self-exploration and personal growth, particularly those who have faced challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-worth, and love. My clients are in mid-life in careers or starting out in their careers, house parents, mature students seeking to navigate their lives, build a deeper connection with themselves and others, a yearning to step into their own power and a live a more balanced life. Through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic practices, I help them in embracing love, joy, gratitude, and self-worth, empowering them to transform their lives and find peace, resilience, and fulfillment.
I have worked with a diverse group of individuals, including men and women from various backgrounds, careers, and age groups. Despite their differences, they all share common struggles such as depression, anxiety, anger, feeling lost or stuck, uncertainty, self-doubt, and a lack of love and gentleness towards themselves. Many of them lead rigid lifestyles and have a deep need to feel valued, worthy and deserving.
I believe that every step we take, whether forward or backward, contributes to our growth.
I believe that we are exactly where we need to be in each moment, and nothing is ever a waste of time.
I believe in seeing, hearing, and feeling the love and joy in each moment, and embracing the gratitude within it.

The Guest House
by Rumi
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice.
meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.
Be grateful for whatever comes.
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
