Each individual is unique in what they are experiencing and seeking.

The programme and tools will look different for each individual, depending on their life and where they would like to progress on their journey.

  • better connection and communication with self and others,

  • improves energy and vitality,

  • increases clarity, focus and attention,

  • promotes healthy lifestyle,

  • better decision making and reflection,

  • Increases flexibility and strength,

  • Improves physical, emotional and mental health.

In addition, depending on each individual I do bring in breathwork, mindfulness meditation, energy healing or physical yoga practice (all depends on what is needed).

The tools and techniques that I provide you can take home for daily or weekly or life practice - bringing small action steps into your lives to create healthy habits for yourself. It is an exploration and discovery process - there is no one fit - I guide reflection time in sessions and also give reflections for home practices.

During coaching, depending on the needs and circumstances, I work with parents and children, teens or young adults, to see how and what tools and techniques can be used together as a family.
