My approach to teaching yoga is from the heart, setting a clear intention and moving with this intention in each moment. I embrace softness and gentleness as I listen to my breath and allow my body to lead me to what it needs.
Using mindful breathing, I guide the process of letting go anything that no longer serves and inviting in new energy. While on the mat I take you on a journey of nurturing and exploring within from a cellular to a soul level to deeply connect to yourself with love, joy, and gratitude.
My practice blends Hatha, Gentle Flow and Yin; or individual types creating various perspectives to yoga.
Like anything in life, I believe that YOGA is a PRACTICE.
I believe PRACTICE is applying something to life, and actually taking action; deciding when this action is going to take place - in any moment.
I believe that action can manifest as either doing or simply being present in the moment.

This personalized practice will help you connect deeply with yourself in love, joy, and gratitude.
These sessions could blend elements of Hatha, Gentle Flow, and Yin yoga; or practice the individual styles of yoga creating a balanced and harmonious experience that supports your overall well-being. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my aim is to guide you on your yoga journey with compassion and care, helping you achieve a greater sense of peace and fulfillment.
